Managing DNS Zones

Creating a Zone

  • Go to **Zones** in the navigation
  • Click **+ Add Zone**
  • Enter the domain name (e.g., `example.com`)
  • Default SOA and NS records are created automatically

    • Zone Statuses

    Pending — Zone created but not yet active
    Active — Zone is fully operational
    Error — Zone has configuration issues
    Orphaned — Provider connection was removed

    Viewing a Zone

    Click a zone name or the View button to see all its records. From there you can:

  • Add new records
  • Edit existing records
  • Delete records
  • Activate the zone

    • Deleting a Zone

    Click Delete on any zone. This removes all records and the zone itself. This action cannot be undone.

    Bulk Operations

    Import all zones from a connected provider at once — duplicates are automatically skipped.
